Returns/Exchanges Only:

Skazoodle allows product exchanges if the item is found to be defective upon arrival.To qualify for an exchange, please contact us at Skazoodlestudios@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the defect, and a detailed description.Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Refunds:
Skazoodle does not offer refunds. If an item cannot be exchanged due to stock limitations, we will provide store credit.
Shipping:
Skazoodle partners with Australia Post, DHL, and other applicable couriers to deliver your items safely and securely.
Orders are processed within 2–3 weeks to ensure every product is crafted ethically and undergoes rigorous quality control.
We prioritize excellence in every product before it reaches your door.

All orders are shipped once complete, directly from our main warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

At this time, cryptocurrencies are not supported.
Applicable Taxes:
All orders are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax) in accordance with Australian regulations.

Fit Guides:
Fit guidelines are specific to the item in question.
However, in general:
Skazoodle designs are oversized for a relaxed fit.
We recommend ordering your usual size for a relaxed fit or one size up for a more oversized look.

Applicable Warranties:
Product-specific warranties apply depending on the item purchased.
Warranties cover manufacturing defects but do not include normal wear and tear,
accidental damage, or improper use.
Coupons, Promotions, and Discounts:

Coupons and promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
Only one promo code can be used per order.
Discounts and promotions are subject to availability and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
