Cancellation Policy
Skazoodle Graphic Design & Digital Art Policy 1. Overview This document outlines the terms and conditions (“Agreement”) under which Skazoodle Studios, led by Zeek (“Artist/Designer”), provides graphic design and digital artwork services to the Client (“Client”). By commissioning Skazoodle, the Client agrees to the following terms. 2. Scope of Work 2.1 Skazoodle’s graphic design services may include, but are not limited to: Brand identity & logo design Album & event artwork Merchandise graphics Poster and promotional design Typography and creative layout Web & digital assets 2.2 The scope will be defined in advance through: A consultation meeting (in person or virtual) A design brief (written or verbal) A confirmed quote and/or invoice 2.3 Consultation Time: Consultation is included in the quoted price where specified. Extended consultation beyond the initial scope may be billed separately at $75 per hour. 3. Delivery & Revisions 3.1 The Client will receive: Final digital files in web and/or print-ready formats (.PNG, .JPG, .PDF, etc.) Watermarked drafts and mock-ups for review before final delivery 3.2 Revisions: Standard packages include 2 free revisions after first draft delivery. Additional revisions are charged at $75 per hour or at a fixed rate depending on complexity. 3.3 Turnaround Time: Project deadlines are discussed in advance. Expedited delivery (rush jobs) may incur an additional 25% fee of total project cost. 4. Usage Rights & Licensing 4.1 Ownership & Licensing: By default, the Artist retains copyright of all original artwork and design assets. The Client is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for the agreed use (e.g., web, print, promotion). 4.2 Full Rights Purchase: Clients wishing to purchase full usage and reproduction rights may do so at an additional licensing fee, outlined in the invoice as: “Rights Reserved” “Open Usage” “Creative Commons” “Exclusive License (Full Buyout)” 4.3 Breach of License: Any unlicensed reproduction, commercial resale, or redistribution without the Artist’s written consent constitutes a breach of contract and may result in legal action. 5. Payments & Deposits 5.1 Quoting & Invoicing: Project costs are scoped according to the design brief, consultation time, and intended use. A detailed invoice will be issued before work begins. 5.2 Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the project.
